For more complex productions — livestreaming, staging, large-scale conferences — we carry out a site survey well ahead of event day.
For simpler setups, we can often scope remotely using room dimensions or photos you provide.

If it doesn't meet the standard, we provision our own or provide failover 4G/5G.

We assess ambient lighting conditions to determine whether
additional lighting is required for broadcast quality output.
Not every event requires a site visit. A simple in-room PA, for example, can be fully scoped remotely.
